Commissioning
- Pre-Design & Design Phase Support - Assist in developing the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents.
- Design Review - Verifying that the envelope design meets the owner’s objectives, confirming the materials selected are best suited to durability, and providing recommendations to avoid costly oversights that are difficult to remedy once a building is constructed.
- Submittal and Shop Drawing Review - Reviewing submittals concurrently with the design team to ensure enclosure materials fulfill the design intent.
- Installation Inspections & Construction Monitoring - Providing you with a high degree of confidence that envelope systems are being installed per the design documents, approved submittals, coordination drawings, and best industry practices.
- Envelope Systems Testing - Verifying enclosure systems meet design intent, ensuring all materials works as intended and can provide the expected performance.
- Post-occupancy Review - Working with building occupants to ensure the building enclosure is functioning as expected and resolving any issues with the project team before warranty has expired.
